terms of service :

i normally take full payment upfront before i start on the commission, however i do not mind working around your preferences and am able to take payment after sketch, half upfront and half after completion- and so forth to your liking. however note that the only method i will not be accepting is full payment only after completion as this causes potential complications on my end. i am currently only accepting payment through cashapp, paypal, kofi and zelle in order of preference. cashapp is highly preferred over all else, though whichever works for the client works just as perfectly fine with me- no fret !!note that i do not always start on commissions immediately after receiving payment but rather to my own earliest convenience. i work sporadically when i find myself available to do so, meaning not all commissions may be completed in one sitting as i am highly prone to exhaustion. please make reference to my TAT and personal life complications noted as it greatly impacts my work efficiency regardless of my own liking.my usual TAT is 1-3 months at earliest, 4-6 months in worse instances. i urge you to heavily take into consideration that i am a slow worker, as i regularly struggle with many personal issues. this involves unresolved mental issues i struggle to efficiently cope with. smaller pieces are definitely easier to finish within a shorter timeframe (week max at earliest) if i have the time and motivation in any given chance. i do not do refunds until the 3 month period has passed with little to no updates whatsoever or if i feel that i will be incapable of finishing the piece any time soon. please take this into serious consideration !! if my work efficiency is intolerable and does not match with your compatibility im afraid i am not an artist you should work with at all. rather than it being a personal grievance it is simply just the best outcome for both parties in the long run. at the end of the day, due to my nature i am at best merely a hobbyist artist, and not to be considered a fulltime or professional artist.regarding credits, you may credit me under the alias; itzchat !! this applies to toyhou.se credits as well- however please do bear in mind that i will often go through my work and sporadically remove myself from the credits. this isnt done out of malice but rather to my own comfort, as i use my art gallery as a personal portfolio for myself and would like to keep it organized to my own preferences. i am also very prone to getting anxious and paranoid over perceiving too much public exposure especially due to past experiences- i am generally a self kept person and want to be able to curate a space that feels safe for me. i ask that you do not re-add my credits for these reasons. if credits is an absolute must for your own piece of mind you may link me as an off-site artist. please simply acknowledge my feelings concerning these terms !!
